There are 2 x 1hr 30 minute Goal Setting sessions

Goal Setting Session 1:  

You will be sent some pre-work so we can maximize our time together and get super FOCUS on what you want!

We will deep dive together and get super CLEAR on what exactly it is that you want, WHY you want it, WHAT you want to feel when you achieve it, HOW you will celebrate and measure all PROGRESS.

We will design 3 Goals (more if time permits) around the areas of your life that you MUST develop in order to have the life that you deserve and desire.

AND

I will design a PERSONALIZED Goal Setting Visual for you to keep momentum.

PLUS

Session 2:  SWOT Analysis, Progress Check in

Within 2 weeks, we will schedule Session 2.
